By scheduling or receiving services from Eugene Appliance Repair LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

Eugene Appliance Repair LLC provides appliance repair and HVAC repair services in Santa Clarita, Los Angeles, and surrounding areas. All services are subject to technician availability and scheduling.

2. Diagnostic Fee

A standard diagnostic fee of $40 applies to all service calls. This fee covers the technician’s assessment of your appliance or HVAC system. Additional travel or destination charges may apply for locations outside our normal service area. The diagnostic fee is credited toward the cost of repair if you approve the repair at the time of service.

3. Estimates and Approval

After diagnosing the issue, the technician will provide a repair estimate. Work will only proceed upon your explicit approval. You are not obligated to proceed with the repair after receiving an estimate.

4. Parts and Special Orders

Parts used in repairs may be new or quality replacement parts. For special-order parts, a deposit may be required prior to ordering. Once a special-order part has been ordered, the deposit is non-refundable. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details.

5. Warranty

We provide a 90-day warranty on labor and a 90-day warranty on parts supplied by Eugene Appliance Repair LLC, from the date of completed repair. Manufacturer warranties may provide additional coverage where applicable. See our Warranty Policy for full details.

6. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about the appliance or system requiring service
  • Ensure safe and reasonable access to the equipment to be serviced
  • Be present or have an authorized adult (18+) present at the time of service
  • Make payment for services rendered at the time of service

7. Cancellations and Rescheduling

There is no cancellation fee. We ask that you provide advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claim arising from services provided is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, manufacturer defects, or issues unrelated to the repair performed.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
