Eugene Appliance Repair LLC stands behind the quality of our work. We provide the following warranty coverage on all completed repairs.

Labor Warranty

We provide a 90-day warranty on labor from the date the repair is completed. If the same issue recurs within 90 days due to a workmanship error, we will return and correct the issue at no additional labor charge.

Parts Warranty

We provide a 90-day warranty on parts supplied by Eugene Appliance Repair LLC. If a part we installed fails within 90 days under normal use, we will replace it at no additional parts charge.

Manufacturer Warranty

Where applicable, parts may carry an additional manufacturer’s warranty beyond our 90-day coverage. If a part fails after our warranty period but within the manufacturer’s warranty window, we will assist you in pursuing the manufacturer warranty claim.

What Is Not Covered

Our warranty does not cover:

  • New or unrelated issues that arise after the repair is completed
  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, power surges, flooding, or other external factors
  • Pre-existing conditions that were not part of the original repair
  • Parts not supplied by Eugene Appliance Repair LLC (e.g., customer-supplied parts)
  • Normal wear and tear

How to Make a Warranty Claim

If you experience an issue covered under this warranty, please contact us as soon as possible. We will schedule a return visit to diagnose and resolve the problem at no additional charge within the warranty period.
